Supercool, hein?

This is something I wish I were more involved in. With Ben managing the bits of the board that can be changed, all I can do is try to keep the thing running efficiently! :(

Sharon, you're a star - and thanks to Ben too.

Site Question

Post by AmyLynn »

Web Page Question: (I had no idea where to ask this...)
I was checking out some of the things on the page that I hadn't yet, and was looking at the members lists and I was curious as to how the ranking works, I have a hypothesis that it goes by how many posts/how active you are? Am I anywhere close to being right? I looked hard for the answer so I wouldn't look like an idiot and ask something that's explained, but I didn't see where it was explained, so I am asking....lol

llamah--Can you access photobucket in Australia? Maybe upload it to there and try linking from there?

It's clearly a fun activity and I'd love to try it, Christina, but I have quite sufficient TJ displacement activities in my life, I was 2 hours in the chatbox yesterday! Still my admiration goes out to the talented people who create icons and avatars and their generosity in letting us use them; you go, girl!

So far I've been cheating and using photo effects programs...lol. But there are sooo many cool ones. I also use Imikimi to make my own, it's fairly easy and pretty cool too.

Help. :(

Post by Ellen »

Hey guys. Hope you;re all well.
I've been trying to upload a photo for ages now but am having a lot of trouble with it. Am I right in thinking it is the avatar part of the UCP I should be on? Either way please help, because I've been using that part and ever time I try to upload a photo it doesn't work.
I appreciate your time, everyone. :)

Love to all. x

If you are trying to put the photo under where your name is displayed, yes you are in the right place. The avatar section. The thing is, it won't let you upload a photo bigger than 6 KB and it won't let you upload it if it is larger than 80x80 pixels either. So if you are having problems with it, it is most likely one of those two things.
