Hello everyone! We are going to do something a little different, a little bonus for everyone, and it has been requested by TJ that we do it this way. As you know we have chats with TJ a few times a year, we try to do at least two per Bones season and we've managed to do those for season 9 already. So TJ suggested instead of our usual chat, that Steph and I do a sort of mini-interview exclusive for only active members that are invited to listen to it. You qualify to be invited the same way you are qualified to join in our regular chats with TJ, by being an active posting member (Welcome section excluded other than new members who post an intro in that thread).
We will be using the usual location of our chats to conduct this interview and anyone invited will receive instructions where and when it is to be held as well as login instructions as usual. However this will NOT be a chat with TJ, as all he will be doing is answering 20 preselected questions that Steph and I will ask him using the audio option of the chat. The questions with a few exceptions, will come from YOU though. So what we need you to do is post questions ON THIS THREAD for us to choose from. We have a really short window for this as we expect the interview to be taking place sometime by the end of the week. So we will have a deadline of APRIL 25, 2014 at 12:00 AM PACIFIC TIME for questions to be submitted for us to select from. Feel free to post as MANY questions as you can think of and even if someone else has posted it, post it again because if we see a good question that many people want to know we'll see that it is something that is really of interest to you the fans. TJ will answer ONLY 20 of these questions so we cannot guarantee that you will get your question answered but we hope you all will give us a good selection! Anything we consider invasive or inappropriate will be rejected so please use common sense when coming up with your questions. Otherwise ANY topic is open for questions.
ANY member that posts a question here will qualify to be invited to the special TJTHYNE.COM interview, even if you haven't been around a lot lately or you are a brand new member joining for the first time, even if we do not use your question. Posting in the other sections of the site, again with the exception of the Welcome section, also still qualifies you to be invited. You do have to be a member of the site to be invited! We will do our best to make sure TJ knows who the questions we do choose to use come from, so he will know the name and country of origin (if you want that revealed) of every question.
The date/time of the interview has yet to be decided but it will be SOON as I said before. When it is revealed it will only be through invitations to those that qualify.
THIS INTERVIEW FORMAT WILL NOT REPLACE OUR USUAL CHAT WITH TJ FORMAT we've used the last few years. This is just an additional thing that TJ would like us to do as a bonus to season 9. We will go back to the usual format when we have our first chat of season 10!
POST ONLY QUESTIONS INTENDED FOR THE TJ INTERVIEW HERE.
Any questions outside of those intended for TJ please feel free to contact us through TJTHYNE.COM user accounts THYNEALONE, SKFTEX or TJADMIN via PM. Or through twitter @thynewebsite and we'll be happy to help you.
That is it! START POSTING YOUR QUESTIONS FOR TJ NOW!!!

In the early years of Bones when Hodgins was more of an unhappy mad scientist, did you do anything to get into a more negative mindset before shooting?

"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." ~Brian Littrell
Do you have any fun personal backstory for Hodgins that the show may not explore but that you use (or have used) internally to help you build the character over the years?
We know you've been working on Bones and the Moment series. Are there any other projects in the works that you can talk about or start to mention?
You write, you act in movies and television, and you're a positive force in the theatre community... is there anything you'd like to professionally tackle next?
What are the pros and cons of being part of a show for 9 years?
As actor, after 9 years, are you in any way involved in the process of writing the show? Do the writers ask you suggestions or advices concerning your character?
Is there a storyline concerning Hodgins that you can share with us and that you would have particularly loved to do, and producers wanted to explore, but was dropped for any reason?
Do you ever happen to think that something Hodgins say/do is in any way out of character?
Have you ever asked why the relationship between Hodgins and Booth wasn't never explored? Considering the friendship between Angela and Brennan I feel like the two of them should be friend.
What's the season of Bones you are more fond of, and why.
