TJ Answers a Question About Art

Nov 4, 2009 | TJ's Skeletons

Lorenith: What does the meaning in art mean to you? Doesn’t matter what kind of art, visual, audio, or performance.

TJ: For me,

Art is the very embrace of one’s individuality.

Art is the unconscious consciousness of a single person’s

perception and creation of all things.

Art: the vivid movie of imagination that plays in a person’s

mind based on their wants, desires, hopes, experiences,

fears, talents, tastes, and oh so very much more.

Art…art is how we connect. You see, who says words are

everything? I mean they are most things. But when I type

this, when I write this, when you read this, are you really

getting it?!

Is this enough?! Or if you could see, taste, sense, my art,

would it impact you deeper? Greater? I say yay.

Art is a something un-judge-able in the world (though many

attempt to judge it).

Art is the unspoken truth of the artist who created it.

Art is powerful, visual, emotional.

It, art, can conquer a nation or destroy a prejudice.

Art is needed

Art is lacking.

Art is a key to the door of change that we oh so badly

need to open.

It is time.

It is now.

THIS is the place in history where once again the

images and music and movement and script of the

time will matter.

What were the people thinking in the years of 09

and beyond?! Look no further than their art and

you will have gathered their very souls.

So, Lorenith: What is YOUR art?!

What is YOUR passion?!

How do YOU express it?!

Don’t know? Do know? Find it, then do it like

  never before.

Art.   ALL READY THOUGHTS.

Art. ALONE REAL TRUTH.

Art. AND REALLY TRY.

art…

art…

art…

Just a few thoughts of mine on

the subject of art.

🙂
